Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

A family member of mine has Alzheimer’s and we look for Alzheimer’s friendly restaurants!! I asked if they were Alzheimer’s trained and the manager stated yes... so I quizzed her a bit and sure enough her and our server were definitely trained in case of a scenario! Definitely recommend Red Robin friendly service and amazing food! Great times also.

Gourmet prices. Burger flavor, presentation and size did not stand out. Servings arrived on plastic plates. Milk shakes taste like powder mix and water. The place is loud on a Saturday night, busy but not crowded. Restaurant decor is formulaic, corporate. The server, Erin, was very nice and upbeat.

First, I was brought a raw burger after asking for well done. The rude server took the burger back and with the bite out of it and all, they put it in a microwave. Kept bringing me fries while I waited. Brought the burger back, with everything on it and still with the bite out of it that I had taken. It tasted awful and rubbery. The server was rude, the manager was obviously inconvenienced and not once was I offered a new burger. Which is all I wanted. They acted like I just wanted free food or something. We will never go back again.

Always popular. Sports bar atmosphere. People bring their kids all the time. Food is burgers and fries but you can substitute steamed broccoli for fries. There's several soups to choose from. Chicken and fish also on menu with a few desserts. Menu is online so you can order ahead and pick up your food yourself. Prices are in line with competition. The service is always good. The restaurant is large enough for a big group. Has a bar area you can sit at. Only con for me is that if it's during busy times the place is very noisy. They could use some acoustic tiles to absorb some of that noise. They will sing to a birthday person but you can decline this feature. They have a rewards club. Buy 10 burgers get one free. They offer gluten-free buns also.

Great assortment of burgers. Plenty of fries and other sides. Friendly service. I love that you can pay at the table. My son and I love to play the trivia game.
