Home Run Movers - Moving & Delivery

I'm not really sure where to start with this review - you can skip the words below and simply hire them but the long story is.... We hired Ty and his team to do a move from Vancouver to New Westminster back in October of this year and they were nothing short of amazing. We may have noticed the work ethic more because we had done another move (family) with a different company back in June - so we had a recent experience to rank it against, and all I can say - hands down - they were 1000 times more efficient than the experience we had just a few months before. Move forward two months and I had to reach out for a very personal reason. My bestfriend and roommate has been battling Ovarian Cancer for three years, she's now losing that battle and we're focused on making her last couple months as comfortable as humanly possible. Her mother had a mechanical massage bed that we needed moved to our home (and then of course, the bed that was here - moved back). I emailed Ty and he immediately responded saying they could do it Monday (just three days from our request) and that they would do it at no cost. They covered everything from their time to the gas/truck costs. It wasn't what we expected but their kindness was so incredibly special to us, to Sandra - her Mom, all of us and our gratitude to the entire team (special mention to Brenden who is incredible) for their thoughtless act and helping us at a time where emotions are high and spirits are rather low. There is a lot of choice out there and coming from one small business to another - I really can't say enough about these guys. They incredibly professional, personable and most important - they haven't lost sight of what's really important - making connections with their customers. We have recommend them to a property management company and our 'family' will do everything we can to share our experience and our gratitude to Ty and the entire team. Thank you so much for caring, it didn't go unnoticed by anyone.

Absolutely terrific move with Home Run Movers! Nick and Connor were fantastic - showed up on time (actually a bit early) and were super-organized / efficient, friendly and worked hard for the entire move. Were very careful with our stuff, including bigger furniture and pieces of art/glass. Not a scratch. Ty was great to deal with in the build-up and answered our (many) questions. We booked only about a week in advance but they were super flexible on the dates and start times, etc. Price was very reasonable for the service we got as well (had received 3 other quotes and their's was the best). Would definitely hire these guys again for a future move and highly recommend.

I hired Home Run Movers based on its good reviews. And they did not fail to deliver! The guys really did a great job. They carefully planned on how to stack things up and did not leave any empty space in the truck. They made sure that every space is carefully filled to tried to make it all in one trip, which they did. I have a single bed that could not be disassembled and was tricky to navigate through the stairs (3 levels), I was even willing to just leave it but the guys really made an effort to take it. Overall it was great! Highly recommended.

Can't say enough good about the home run team. On time, organized, careful, fast and courteous. A truly fine group of guys. Great communication from the start. They took very good care of everything. They provided piece of mind during a stressful time. Highly recommend this team for any move you have. Thanks, guys.

These guys are the best in the business. Professional, courteous and fast! And that’s exactly what you want. There’s no way I would go anywhere else for any move that I have to do in the future. I’ve used them twice and I won’t look anywhere else . Absolutely 100% fantastic . I have nothing bad to say about them! Keep up the good work guys, cause I’ll be calling you next time I have to move or have to move someone else.
