This is the place to eat if you're in Hope. Food was great. The pic's are AWESOME!! Staff is friendly, but expect a wait as this place is ALWAYS busy as its the place to eat in town. Came back a few days on our way back and stopped in Hope it the parking lot was full and a line up to get a table. But this is a good sign.
We decided to stop by for lunch before going to Coquihalla Campground. What a lovely place!! The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and fresh. We had the hot turkey sandwich and Rocky mountain bowl. Next time I like to try their desserts!
The restaurant was busting out the sides when we arrived around 1330. The wait was well worth it. The waitress Jennifer was super friendly and cheerful. The food was tasty and the prices were good for a family lots of GF options
If you look for some good food on your way to Vancouver or Kelowna, this place is so great. Of course it’s not a fancy restaurant, but the food tastes amazing and the staff are super friendly. If you plan to stop by noon, be aware of the popularity of this place. We ended up waiting like 20 minutes in line.
10:15am on a Wednesday. Seating wasn't an issue. Wasn't feeling breakfast, the ladies were more than accommodating to fix me up a burger. Much appreciated! Great food, better service and sweet views of the mountains right out the restaurant windows. Definitely recommend this place, so much better than the fast food options in this town. And it was fast delivery of the good anyways, back on the road in no time!
We stopped by for dinner on the way to Manning Park first. It was quiet busy both for dine in and take out. But got seated quickly. Staff was friendly and loved their tasty foods!! We decided to stop by for brunch after Manning Park. We’ll probably go to the one in Maple Ridge where near our place.
Had the sausage soup meal Was delicious. My husband got the bacon cheese burger it was big and juicy. Will be back. Homemade dessert too much choices took forever for me to decide
Really good home-style food. It's a small chain with some restaurants in BC. Prices are ok, portions are on the larger side. Coffee is awesome. Staff is super friendly. They have large selection of pies and cakes and all look delicious. We had lunch and breakfast there 2 times. There was always a long line in front of the restaurant with waiting time for a seat with up to 45 minutes. Both times there was no soap at the men's washroom, which is a bit dissappointing in a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an old school diner in the Hope area. The beef and gravy was wonderful The pasta with tomato sauce and beacon was good too I think their food portion is more than average people I requested box and have half of food as leftovers
Very good comfort food. Had the BLT and the Beef dip. The best part though was the pie.
