I checked in around 10PM so it was quick and easy but because my room was booked through a 3rd party my name wasn't on the reservation. I had to have the other person call the hotel for me to be able to check in.nThe lobby is clean and attractive and staff was courteous but not as friendly as I like.nThe parking is convenient and feels safe.nThe pool is open until 11pm so my daughter and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The water temperatures were great and the lighting was low so it felt relaxing.nThe room was clean and attractive. The beds are very creaky and a bit hard but despite that I slept well. The linens are very nice and I love the pillows.nThe hotel is centrally located and only 5 minutes away from where I needed to be in the morning.nOverall a good experience and would book there again.
Terrible customer service. Started with the absolutely rude lady while trying to make a reservation. Then wanted to charge more then the website listed price. Made the reservation for 1 more day then I requested. Then would not refund me for the extra day that I was not staying there. Or group booked this hotel because it had a pool for the kids. It wasn't available for the first 3 days because of a sanitary issue. Sink was plugged in my room. Every wall outlet was worn out and loose, nothing will stay plugged into the walls. And that was not just my room. Definitely will not recommend staying at another IHG franchise to any of our sports teams or work related companies.
I was staying for a conference at the TCU which was across the street so location was fine for me. Not a particularly pretty part of town but convenient and easy walking to restaurants or shops mall is also across the street. Room was clean, very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Anything I needed was dealt with immediately and with a smile. For example I had a problem with my lock and within minutes the manager was at my door to sort it out. If you have an event nearby I would definitely stay there again.
Service was great at front desk, very responsive to text. Maybe our room wasn’t fully stocked but one garbage can for a two Queen plus pull out couch in separate area seems ridiculous. No garbage bags to put garbage in due to no garbages. I like to clean up before I leave… For price of room would’ve been nice to have a couple bottles of water and if it’s a plastic free environment please alert and provide bins. Unable to plug in our phone chargers or hair tools without propping them up, prongs kept falling out. No fan in bathroom. Lots of pillows but literally no give to the mattress, very uncomfortable hence no sleep. Just such a disappointment. Room and hotel was very clean. I would go back again if a few changes were made. Good luck!
Location was great. Staff not very friendly. I was not made aware that parking at the hotel would be an extra $20 until after we checked in and paid for the room. The room did not have a mirror to check the back of my hair and did not provide any extras such as a shower cap or lotion. Would not recommend and will not be staying here again. I have stayed at many different Holiday Inns in the past and this location makes them look bad.
