I stayed here for a conference in a double queen room then upgraded to a suite. The food was very good, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and tow of them managed to remember my name. It’s been a while since I have encountered this level of exceptional service. The room was clean and recently renovated. The pool area is fantastic my kids loved the waterslide. The hotel is located along the Saskatchewan River close several excellent restraints and local sight seeing places. I will stay here again!
We didn’t stay here but we held my son’s 7th birthday party at their pool/waterslide and it was such a great experience. Amelia was so wonderful to deal with and responded so quickly to my inquiry and subsequent messages. The staff was all wonderful, the kids had a great time, and the facility was fantastic.
Location is excellent, staff are very attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean, the provide high end toiletries which is a nice perk. The café in lobby is great for morning coffee and has good to go breakfast options that are healthy. Here for a conference and we had a reception in the top floor ballroom? Which has an unbelievable view. Wow. The food at the reception.... so so sooooo good. They made a sumac spiced turkey dish for us that was unreal it was so good and I am a semi vegetarian!! A great hotel choice for meetings, or a family.
On our vacation, this and one other hotel were my 2 favorites. We spent 23 nights at hotels. The rooms were nice and clean. The waterpark was a nice perk. The whirlpool was the answer for my aching back. It’s in walking distance of lots the downtown area including the mall. Highly recommend.
Have stayed here a few times. We find ourselves staying at Sheraton's more and more often these days. All staff and management here are excellent. Great service from all front desk employees and assistant manager while checking in. Our room is amazing. Hotel is modern and spotless clean. A big plus here especially in the winter is the secured underground parking. It has a couple of great restaurants and the snack express shop, all off the lobby. Meals were all perfect and service staff great. We have found employees at the few Sheraton's that I stayed at this past year to be exceptional and make us feel welcome.
