My first stay was great. My second stay was great.nChecking my bank statement after the second stay was the problem. Phoning to try and resolve is a pain. I couldn't find a number for the front desk. Their receipt said I was wrong, so they told me there was nothing they could do.nI posted a review right here. They looked a little deeper in their records and found I was right.nThey're supposed to be sending me a cheque for the money they owe me. I'll add a star today and add more when I receive my cheque.

We stayed here for 2 nights and never had a good sleep because the other rooms were loud and pillows were very uncomfortable. Cleaners were loud when cleaning, outside noise was terrible... We really didn't get a good rest while staying in this hotel!nPoor customer service, staff never smiled. Didn't get a greet and thank you during check in and check out. You wouldn't want to speak with them again even if you need something because they were very unaccomodating. Will never book here again!
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS you want your credit card to be charged numberous times for same room. I stayed here 6 months ago, and my credit cards are all valid and am still having them putting additional charges through on my credit card yet today!!! They just run additional charges through without a phone call and without an invoice. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Their accounting department is screwed right up!
Way below my expectations of a Hilton... drilling noise and construction dust seems be be everywhere which is scary with someone posting a review about asbestos in the hotel. , who's keeping up with cleaning the place??..also strong chemical smell on the floor and the room. security was poor with shady persons hanging out in the stairways and walking the floor. Barely saw a few staff who seemed to be trying their best with the construction noise and issues. Asked to speak with the GM or a manager and was told there is none and never got a callback. Really great location right across from the mall tho.
