Convenient location, clean room, friendly staff. Waterpark is exceptional - perfect size for a weekend getaway. Great lazy river, kids could stay in the own all day. The family fun zone was a great surprise.

We were running short on money and we had experienced a really bad day. We asked the receptionist if she could happen to comp us or upgrade us to a better Room? Well, we were definitely taken care of by far! And, we will always think fondly of the Holiday Inn and Suites in Elk River!

$150 for a night...ridiculous.  Mattresses were so uncomfortable, for the price of one night, I think you all can afford to get new ones. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms and good service. In house bar and grill with drinks poolside, can't complain one bit. We will be back.

My fiance and I decided to have a staycation here. The waterpark is awesome. Three large slides and lots of areas to swim. The hot tub was warm and clean. We were really impressed with our room, too.

We booked a King Suite and it came with four wristbands. After the waterpark closed, we went to the bar, and had a great time. This is a great place for couples and families, or anyone looking for a night of fun!
