Holiday Inn Express Sheboygan-Kohler (I-43)

The hotel is clean, bright and convenient. I like the well lit clean bathrooms. The rooms themselves are very up to date and conveniently have light switches and charging spots near the beds. Guests also get a free drink for happy hour on Monday through Thursday. It's a good spot for a business traveler.

Very friendly staff. They were very clear with the information given to us when we checked in.We forgot toothbrushes and they provides us with some. We slept in and housekeeping didn't make their way in to our room so they left us fresh towels at the door. Easy to get on and off the highway from the hotel's location

Great hotel. General manager is one of the nicest I have ever met. Monday-Thursday there is a happy hour with great local beers, sausage, cheese, and other snacks....all for free! The hot continetal breakfast is great and all staff have been friendly!

The room was very nice (bed, layout, bathroom, etc.). The staff was very accommodating as well. The only downside was the breakfast. Everyone else really liked it, but it felt a little unique to me. (Disclosure: I did not pay for this stay, so I don't know the cost).

Asked multiple times prior to the visit for adjoining rooms. Up in arrival were told we couldn't have adjoining rooms. Was told points woukd be put back on my account but they never were. Called to speak with a manager twice and left a message and no call back. Would have appreciated a call back or at least for them to credit my account as promised. poor customer service. Hotel was fine.
