Love this place. Warm and friendly staff at every level. Any issues with room were resolved quickly. Reception drink was tasty, food has been great for meetings, dinner and lunch. Must try they dark chocolate old fashion

Love this place. Greenhouse for a coffee. The cheese curds at the horse and plow are incredible!! The hotel is pure glam. I live in New York City now and always come back for a touch of class.

Excellent tour I took at 2 pm!!! Everyone who works here is so nice and accommodating:) they have such amazing places to lounge too!! They have a cute little tea and dessert place outside that give free tea and cookies to guest from 3-5 pm. Sooo awesome Love it here Can’t wait to come back

Overall a great experience. Excellent food at the in-house breakfast. Also highly trained staff and a very cozy room. Nice and quiet in the room also and appreciated the evening turndown service.

The model of hospitality from the moment you arrive to the second you depart the staff is top notch. The grounds are amazing and beautiful. I don't think you could run a hotel any better than it is done at the American Club. If you get the chance, go, enjoy.
