Hinote Sushi Restaurant

I had amazing experience with hinote sushi before i was really looking forward to be here again after covid. We had the sushi boat, compare to what I had before, the fish is much more thin sliced, rice is way smaller and the rolls are less uniform shapes. Don't get me wrong, sushi still tasted good but just much smaller portion from what we remember. Will come back and try again and update rating.

03.11.2023: Came back with a friend because the sushi is just that great! Didn't make reservations but we got seated within minutes. Great atmosphere! Got myself the Spicy Tuna and salmon Maki, and my friend got a Chicken Teryaki with white rice and salad. Washed it down with nestea and ginger tea. Got served after ordering within 20 minutes. Absolutely delicious and fresh. Hands down my favorite sushi place of 2023. Got served by Jennifer; great energy and service as always. Spent up to 55 dollars. Not bad for the quality of service, food, and overall experience. Still a 5 star experience! Will come back. 01.24.2023: First time here by myself and ate across from the Chef. Great atmosphere! Very relaxing and clean! Front reps Annice and Jennifer were lovely! Got myself Spicy Salmon Maki and Spicy Tuna Maki. Absolutely delicious and fresh! Chef Tim was amazing too! Great energy. Got Cinnamon Tea. Best way to end the long day off. The prices are defibetly reasonable and the quality of sushi, tea, customer service and atmosphere is at an amazing level. Highly recommend. This is not a five or four star place. Solid 3. The service was good, but sushi were mediocre for the price they charge. I wanted to give them a shot, but I don’t see myself coming back.

Me and my sis has lunch and it's cozy and inviting, I got the all maki and Salmon bento, she got the tempura and Grilled salmon which was Top tier. It was actually my first time coming in here but I would definitely come back again. No reservations required and Friendly staff. its good to try new places even if you are unsure just come in and enjoy and savour they just don't just have bentos but its what I ordered to be fair.

My tummy definitely feel satisfacted with this bento box. Because I love sashimi and for sure salmon too. Even the price is a bit pricey but they serves fresh and thick sashimi, sushi and roll with less rice and also comes with hot miso soup. The quality is quite good and I don't mind to go there again to try other dishes. Ordered: Box #1 Sushi, Sashimi, Maki

Went for dinner on a Friday night, it wasn’t too busy so we were seated right away. Small but cozy. Very good quality sushi. Decent pricing. Friendly and welcoming staff. Speedy service. The flavour combination and sauces used in their dishes are unique to their location. It’s rare to find certain menu items at any average sushi restaurant. I would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

Best sushi spot in the GTA, hands down! This is a small gem in Mississauga but the sushi is always top quality. Even on busy New Years Eve they managed to exceed our expectations with the quality of sushi despite being overwhelmed with orders.Food: 5/5

Ordered some of their roles to go and they’re very generous in the sizing of the specialty sushi rolls which is great. They didn’t pack up enough soy sauce but really great sushi! Definitely recommend.
