We stayed here for a friend's wedding. The check in was smooth and quick. The room was standard, we appreciated the small fridge and microwave. For AC & shower you need to put the switch/tap on hot to get cold. Strangely enough the sink taps were fine. To be fair, we didn't bring this up because we figured it out.nThere was a confusion with the breakfast where we got charged for 2 meals when we shouldn't have. But when I spoke with the front desk they immediately gave us vouchers for free meals to compensate.nAll in all, it was a good experience.
Solid mid price hotel choice. Stayed here on a busy night in the fall. Long line at check in for single clerk, but she handled it quickly and efficiently and the wait was surprisingly short. Room was clean and comfortable. No surprises or problems. Location was pleasant with some good restaurants within walking distance. Only minor criticism was that the TV was a little small and I couldn’t figure out if it had access to my steaming services. Overall, the say was well worth the price.
I travel alot for work and pleasure and this is One of best Hotels I have stayed at because of the service. I have stayed here several times and The staff is amazing. The 2 that stand out are Brittany and Samantha are always cheerful at breakfast and great service. The cooks and food are great as well. I will always stay here when in area. Rooms are clean and there's always fresh coffee. Keep it up because it shows.
During check in nobody has told me that breakfast was not included. The next morning during breakfast the lady gave me the paper to sign it. 15 USD plus tax for a continental breakfast in a small room with eight tables because it's in the remodeling process. 236 USD incl tax for the room, a simple breakfast should be included. Sorry. I prefer the Hampton Inn which is 2 min away from it, 4 USD cheaper and the better style of breakfast included. By the way the parking area from the hotel for this Hilton Hotel is way too small. I was lucky to arrive on Saturday night because I was able to use the public parking lot on the other side of the hotel. Otherwise there will be not enough space for all customers.
Beautiful, well kept Inn. Loved our stay.nRyan in the bar was amazing Always taking extreme care of our every need. We never had to ask for anything. My husband has bragged on him from previous stays. Customer svc at its finest
