Hampton Inn Lewiston-Auburn

I was in town for work and so glad this is where we stayed. Allyson I think the gm? was sincerely the sweetest and most helpful person I met all week! My room was so clean and my view was amazing. I was so comfy and the pillows were lovely and soft. And the comforters were not regular hotel comforters. They were plush and cozy. I had never been to Lewiston and I was a nervous wreck because I'm a home-body but the staff were so kind and welcoming and having a nice clean comfy room made it all a really nice experience. Definitely will recommend this to other colleagues who will be visiting our offices there.

It is probably just my bad luck.. The room I got while generally clean was not clean enough for my preference there were watermarks all over the surfaces and water taps. The walls had several scratches and dings. No bathtub to relax after my drive. The provided hair conditioner was empty. There was no trash can in the main room. There was noise almost all night from either inside the hotel from renovations or the traffic outside. Also sounds like leaky faucets from above the mirror in the bathroom. The bed was lumpy and felt like I was sleeping in other people's body indentions. The pillows were okay but I needed all four to get close to comfort. So had anyone has been traveling with me they'd been out of luck.The sheet wasn't long enough to cover up over my shoulders which would have been great considering the air conditioner blew DIRECTLY on me every time it kicked on. However, without the AC it was too hot. Staff seemed, friendly, and basically average for hotel staff, knowledgeable about things they should be as attendants. I was upset at check in because they were going to try to charge my card vs the one the company used to book the room. They stated they needed something in writing so they could charge the company card... That was a headache, why would anyone NOT use or feel authorized to charge the card used to book the room? Anyways I think it was fixed. Basic rooms. Nothing terrible, nothing fancy. When considering the price per night weighed against its short comings though- There was nothing to make this hotel stand out or make me stay there any more than comparable area hotels next time I'm in the area. Did not sleep well at all but that might have been issues within my room. Maybe other rooms were better.

We had a suite with an excellent view.We added breakfast for a little extra.All around nice experience

This place was excellent!!! I would just hope that they have EV chargers soon like many of the other Hampton Inns.

I had a great experience at this hotel over the past few days. The room even smelled clean, which was refreshing. Breakfast had some of the best oatmeal I've ever had and the complimentary cookies were delicious. I was too exhausted from work to use the pool or the gym, but I wish I did. The staff was friendly to me. I've stayed in dozens of hotels and would definitely recommend this one.
