The most cold, uncaring doctor and office staff I have encountered. My 74 year old mother went in and was told very matter of fact, she will never see out of her one eye again. Then referred her to a doctor in Toronto. Then we returned a few weeks later as her other eye was starting to go and he said the other doctor he was referring her to, will hopefully be able to help her out. So until then, hope for the best! I guess because she isn’t twenty something, they could care less. Not an eye drop precscribed, nothing for pain, just a cold generic, take care. Here is a woman, slowly going blind, scared out of her mind and absolutely no care or compassion whatsoever. I wouldn’t take my cat to him. He is so afraid of being nice, as it might cut into the time he has for all the patients waiting to see him. You can still be kind and helpful without putting you behind. Most of the cases he looks after, I’m sure aren’t as serious and don’t require emergency care, but are people waiting to have cataracts removed. I guess there’s more money in that and that’s what important, the all mighty dollar.

Very efficient staff. They are very busy so it surprised me how warm some of them are. The Dr is more clinical.

Great experience. Awesome staff, very helpful. I arrived for my appointment at the wrong time. Instead of telling me goodbye and see you later, she asked if I would like to take another persons time that just cancelled. That is SERVICE. Refreshing change from other experience elsewhere. The office is nicely laid out and clean with no clutter. The equipment they used for my eye examination was high tech and very clean. I am glad to have found such a professional team of people to take care of my eye/vision concerns.
