Dr. Karim Dharssi

This Doctor is worth the wait! My family and I have been his patients for 12 years. He is a wonderful person and doctor! His clinic was just getting ironed out and covid struck. We have been to all aspects of his practice from my Grandbabies to Elderly parents. He has provided excellent care to all of us. He is always working to improve his practice. The staff are outstanding as well. You will look far and wide to find better care. I will reiterate...Dr. Dharssi is worth the wait.

Personally know a patient of Dr. Dharssi and has had nothing but bad experiences dealing with Dr. Dharssi. The staff are direct which can come off rude but it is a busy doctors office/clinic so understandable. Dr. Dharssi does not like to deal with his patients personally or return phone calls. Have given up on getting an appointment for a disabilities assessment form and no patient should feel like that before even seeing the doctor. I recommend if you are assigned this doctor, to deamalgamate and sign up for a new doctor.

Staff comes off as rude, and you rarely ever get to see the family doctor. Seems more like a walk in clinic. Also there is a phone cat and mouse game they do a lot.

Doesn't care about patients and they play phone tag with patients. When you do call them to say you will be late for appointment and this call is 24 or 48 hours . They will charge you or tell you they won't see you. The place is not a doctor's office it is a clinic ..

Times have changed and Dr Dharrsi and his team have a good thing going on here. I love the collaborative approach with a combination of phone contact, team analysis, and office visits when needed. Pre-covid, the information sessions were always a positive thing too.

Love the efficiency of this team. It’s refreshing in this busy health environment to have a doctor’s office that responds to your inquiries in such a diligent manner. Kudos to this staff.

This doctor is terrible and does not truly care about his patients or their needs. He gets his assistant to speak to his customers when they call in with serious health questions or concerns and will not personally return their calls. Just leaves them hanging. Even if you are a regular patient not a walk in he is in a rush to get you out of his office and states that you can "only ask one question...he is just too busy!". Are you kidding me? Like, do the job that you are getting paid big bucks for. It is so disgraceful. Switching doctors would be great but there aren't any taking patients in Orillia at this time so we are stuck with this clown. We are considering moving just so I can get a new doctor. :

They have great People who work in the office. They're great with kids. The Nursing‍staff is best in Orillia, Dr. Dharrsi is a great Doc always listening but actually hearsme!! The rest of the staff are all very nice, and make you feel comfortable. The system they have with no appointments needed. Just be there on office hrs and you'll be seen that day. Much better system and is better to be seen now when sick instead of 2 weeks from now I'll either be cured or dead by 2 weeks time lol.

Worst dr I've ever had. Refuses to accommodate an apt for my disability. Literally just tells me to call health care connect. When I described severe stomach acid pains. I was told to eat more pickles... useless doctor save yourself go somewhere else.

By far best doctor and TEAM. Nurse practitioner is amazing too! I prefer their clinic like apts. I'd rather wait an hour the day I need help then have to wait a month for an apt. Also very responsive to email.
