Love Dr Sheppard! she is the family doctor for myself and my 3 young children. She is incredibly compassionate and I never feel rushed through appointments. Her nurse is lovely as well! She has changed her scheduling process that makes it easier to get my kids in on short notice if necessary instead of booking weeks out when I have concerns. Great doctor for young families. Cannot say enough great things about her.

I got to call this doctor on my own, to seeking a family doctor and she is NOT ACCEPTING patients. Your best bet is to go to the hospital for actual help. I recently moved here two years ago and can't find a doctor. How sad in 2023 can't find one legit doc. New update 2023 Feb.I found this her on rate doctors website. I didn't get told to call the office.
