Dr Gno has been seeing my daughter for years regarding her ear issues. He is great with her, kind and knowledgeable… Also, the front staff and technician are wonderful! The stickers handed out for kids is also appreciated:

Dr Gno was very cold and was not willing to listen to my issues. I have been waiting for three years and couldn’t be bothered to ask questions about what my issues are and wasn’t willing to listen. I left the office very angry and still in a huge amount of pain. I would never see this arrogant man again

Should not be practising. Rude,arrogant. Tried to push the "clot shot" on a friend. Said she has a huge chance of post op infection unless she takes the CV19 shots. I'm no Dr. but I know B.S. and that is B.S.

Dr Ngo Is fantastic. Professional, prompt and most importantly highly skilled. He's done surgery on my face ,not minor, and yu our wouldn't notice at all. Would highly recommend him.

Agree with everyone who said he has no bedside manner at all!! Both my son and I found him to be quite dismissive, rude, and felt as though we were wasting his time. He didn't listen to what my son was trying to tell him was his problem, and decided what was the issue, even though my son said that he didn't have that my son is almost 14. I will be speaking to our family doctor about our experience and highly recommend he does NOT use this doctor for future referrals.

How fortunate are we in Central Ontario to have a specialist of Dr. Ngo's caliber! I experienced surgery to remove basal cell ca from my face. I found Dr. Ngo to be thorough, precise and so very kind. He asked several times throughout the surgery if "I was OK". I don't need a specialist to be my best friend; he is a physician who uses words as needed. I trusted him from the instant he entered the examination room and my initial feeling was correct. Thank you so very much to you and lovely Pat!

Had sinus surgery. This doctor is a samurai warrior when it comes to surgery. Absolutely no, zilch bedside manner. Don't know yet if it worked for me. From what I read he is an expert in his field and highly recommended for cancer patients. Yep one year later, excellent job on surgery. But friggin painful recovery

Dr. Ngo is an amazing surgeon. Very skilled. He cured me of CANCER! That is a big word. My profession is Registered Nurse. I worked in Critical Care, Emergency Surgical Prep, Endoscopy and surgical prep. I worked both at Soldier’s Memorial Hospital and Royal Victoria Hospital. I have never worked with Dr. Ngo, he said I had cancer and it needed to come out. He booked me for surgery with in two weeks! My cancer was “Basal Cell Carcinoma “ I am cured and Dr. Ngo did this! We are very fortunate to have talented and dedicated doctors like Dr. Ngo. I highly recommend hone if you need surgery!

I have to say this is the worse place I ever had to go to.first of all the Dr Kenny has no compassion for a human being what so ever and nor did he even take the time to understand what was happening with me.as a result I was in and out in literly 3 mins of his time to stick this thing up my nose without warning or anything.im so traumatized I'm now in tears.and I'm diffentally going back to my doc and getting a second opinion.what a horrible doctor and he talks about how other don't know what they are talking about when ppl are referred ppl like this.

Terrible ENT, didn't even look at my issue. I mentioned multiple times I had issues in my inner ear and he did nothing about it. Went to a different ENT and the first test they did was a simple pressure test that showed what was wrong... Dr.Kenny can't even be bothered to listen to patients and do simple tests. Complete waste of time. Maybe one day he will learn to actually listen.
