After going to this clinic for three years for depression and anxiety only to be called a cow by the receptionist Jackie who still can’t understand that my sister, mother and I are three different ripple. Do not go here even if you are desperate

I have gone to this clinic since I was about 4 years old. My grandma and I share the same doctor and she's been pretty good up until about 2 years ago. I don't want to go to much into detail but I'm not impressed with her care for either of us. The front desk and has never really been nice to me, there was in issue where they were under renovation and I couldn't find the office so I tried calling to find out how to get to the temporary location and couldn't find any info on how to get there and I couldn't get ahold of anyone and now they're trying to charge me over $100 to be able to book in again. I will be looking for a new doctor unfortunately.

This clinic is very well run. Dr. Davyduke is an amazing doctor. As well, I've had dealings with Dr. Kissman, Dr. Nel and a couple of locums. All have been wonderful. The front office people, manager, nurses and receptionists have all treated me with efficiency and kindness. Thanks.

Our whole family sees Dr. Wilson and we all love her. My wife is super comfortable with her and she is great with our small children. Highly recommend her for your family doctor. I have never experienced a long wait time here.

Pros: Dr Shoesmith is amazing. Caring, compassionate and an all round great Dr. Highly recommend for a family Dr. Cons: Very hard to get appointments short notice and front desk staff can be quite rude at times.

Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors in this clinic have always treated me with care and my children with care. We really appreciate you all! Amy

I don't know how I would have survived this BC medical system without Dr.Nel and Dr. Kismen et al. I thank God for them. Easy to talk to and with good sense of honours, which, in my mind, is critical when under stress of medical concerns and procedures.

My whole family have been members of this clinic for over 10 years and we never fail to get timely, knowledgeable, and kind service.

Staff is professional, efficient and friendly. Wait times may be longer at times, but some leeway is always needed with medical practitioners.

The best health clinic I have ever attended. All of the staff and physicians are very professional.
