Quaint cafe in the heart of a sweet little town. Environment: Rustic, lots of wood, warm feeling. Cozy lounge area. Well put together homemade vibe. Food: Any sweets I have tried there have been good. Coffee is decent. Staff: Friendly, as expected. Negatives: •The gravel parking lot is always full of bikers, and motorcycles. •There are often crowds of ethnic groups that are loud, and linger for long periods.

Forever one of my favourite coffee shops! Always cozy and comfortable, fully decorated for each season! Great staff, always smiling and helpful. It definitely has that small town feel, even though it’s always crazy busy! Hard to find a spot to sit on the weekends in the summer but you don’t really need to sit inside when it’s located right beside the Belfountain conservation area! And one of the only places in the GTA I’ve found that has Spanish lattes, delicious!!!

A few GF and vegan options, helpful staff, nice atmosphere, could be a little warmer inside, but that's the building.

I'll make a detour to get my coffee at Higher Ground! I am a writer and pick this place often to write. I find it very peaceful.

Very cozy and welcoming cafe. Always fresh beverages and snacks and informative books to keep you company... not to forget the icecream !!!
