Hero Certified Burgers - Dufferin & Major Mackenzie

I’ve been to a few Hero burgers but this is by far the best. They always put an effort in making the meal perfect. It’s also super clean and a nice place to sit. They often have BOGO too, 10/10 Dietary restrictions: Have halal and vegetarian!

We ordered food through door dash for the whole office, I ordered the spicy chicken salad, they give you a small piece of chicken, and a a sad quantity of lettuce and nothing else, this costs $12. Is this supposed to be some kind of Joke?

I got vegan burger and fries with gravy this evening! Both were very yummy good portion and just I wanted them. Don’t have to mention they added plenty of vegan options to the menu since the last time I visited them. But none of these is the reason why I’m writing this!! To that pretty girl who did a complement about my hair; she was extremely kind polite and helpful. Thank you so much for making my day better and helping with the mistake in my order! You have a very big heart and I wish all the best for you.

Ordered a simple 4oz signature burger combo, the patty and the buns were some of the better ones I have had in a long time. The fries were also nice and fresh. The gentleman was very friendly, even asked us how everything was after the food was served. Dined in on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at around 3:30 pm. The place was kept nice and clean, too.

I have been to other Hero Burgers locations and this one is by far the best. I received friendly service and thoroughly enjoy the clean, bright interior. I'd love to have it all to myself but they deserve the business that would make it louder. 10/10

Their Strawberry Milkshakes are hands down the best. Raj, their staff, is very humble and provides the best service!

Very bad experience. Live opposite this location. Ordered takeout online and got there in the 20 minutes that the online order had stated. They forgot the fries when I picked up. Lucky I checked in the restaurant. Drove home within 2 minutes and immediately took the food out. All of it was cold. Called the store right away to try and get the issue resolved. They had to call a manager so called me back. They said there was nothing they could do but were very sorry and it won't happen again. Not surprised based on the bag I got see pic - Bag didn't come with the hole. It's one thing not to have the company name printed on it but another to handwrite the name. Quality of the burger has also dropped. Definitely won't be going back again.

Honestly, I think inflation has hit this place hard cause this was probably the worst burger I’ve had. Paid premium price for a mediocre tasting burger…worse than McDonald. In fact, any burger at A&W tastes fresher and better than this overpriced junk.

Very professional staff. Was picking up an uber eats order and I believe it was the manager who offered a complimentary beverage due to the wait time. Will deifitely return as a customer to this location in the future.
