Hero Certified Burgers - Colossus

Nice location. Get orders over there a few times. Was satisfied with it. Good burgers. But need more attention to the cleaning procedure. Was lots of bread crumbs on the sofas.

Why would any establishment charge 79 cents for sauce on the side instead of in the burger? The response I received from them is that it’s because more sauce comes in the container than on the burger. At no point did I request additional sauce, just that the same amount of sauce be on the side instead of on the burger. This is an unfair pricing practice. Editing the review to note that I was also missing the chipotle sauce that was supposed to come with the sweet potato fries. So not only did they charge me 79 cents for sauce on the side but they just told me that the chipotle sauce only comes with the fries IN A COMBO.

I randomly decided to go to this restaurant and you won’t believe it surprised with the taste and quality of the spicy Jalapeño crispy chicken burger. It was mouthwatering. Also, my spouse forgot her bag there and guess what, they tried their best to find her on social media to return it. Thanks to the team!

This location is decent, the food varies from good to bad depending on what time of day it is. During the day, with managers there, seems like there is more care in what is made, but ordering in the evening is iffy. The later you order and I usually get it through Ubereats or skip the dishes the worse the food. Cooks have no care in preparing food, end up with blackened meat. Like charcoal. Which is too bad, because during the day the food is good. The last order came with only half of a chicken breast instead of the whole piece, and added hot sauce which I did not order. The addition of the hot sauce may have been because of the note I added pointing out my last order was burnt and asking them not to do it again, or may have been a totally innocent mistake on an order with literally 1 topping. But I won’t be back there any time soon and of I do it will be only during the day.

The vegan burgers was not delicious and for 2 burgers we had to wait a lot! The sweet potato fries were not good quality like A&W 's Will not waste my money over there and the drink was not refillable! Cheap eh?!Food: 1/5

Excellent customer service and great burger! Went last night for a quick bite with my mom and was so impressed by how friendly the two gentlemen serving us were!

I liked how clean the restaurant was, and the place was good. The food was good; the burger was good; I got the chicken jalepeno sandwich, which was good. Would recommend this place for a quick bite. The place was really following covid 19 procedures. Social distancing, contact less drink dispenser and barcode menu, it’s amazing idea. Service was great and food was the best. I recommend the Wild Alaskan Salmon Supreme. It’s on a ciabatta bun with red roasted pepper, zucchini and mango sauce. And it’s only 415 calories.

Today I had lunch from this hero’s burger location, the cashier that took my order was jessie m, she was extremely rude to everyone and I for no reason. When we ordered she was extremely rude, had a bad attitude and would constantly sigh in our face. As I was waiting for my food she called for my order number and I didn’t hear it/realize which is completely my fault. However, she comes up to my table and aggressively taps me on the shoulder and in the rudest tone possible says “I called for you’re order number at least 5 times can you not hear?”. What type of service is this? This is totally unacceptable and not to mention, the tables were very dirty and sticky and so were the toilets that didn’t even have toilet paper! I have never left a bad review in my life and I know how annoying it is to receive one as I work at fast food myself, but the experience today was completely awful.

Great Burgers, We were doing some work at the restaurant and decided to have a bite to eat while we were there and I personally have never had a Hero burger. I was so surprised it was the best burger iv had in forever, loved the burger and fries and presentation was really good to. Great job guys keep it up.
