The Burger's Priest

We had a great experience here! The service was fast and the employees were very nice. We were barely sitting down when they came around with complimentary cookies for the customers. When we received our food they labeled the burgers with numbers and well as the receipt so we knew who’s was who’s. The burgers were really tasty and they gave a good amount of fries. The design was nice, the chairs were comfy. We really enjoyed eating here and hope that they continue their awesome hospitality!

Burgers and fries were cold. The only one that came warm was the one done in their special signature style wth the fried onion and mustard. Also only cheese on half the burger and it was cold/not melted. Super disappointed in this location as other OG stores were really good, and we were excited to get a Burlington location, but myself and several friends have had horrible experiences on a few diff occasions.

First time trying Burger Priest. I got the classic single cheeseburger. It would have been nice if the bun came toasted. Overall I'd say it's an average burger. Good if you are in the area but nothing I would go out of my way for

My only complaint is that a single burger is $10 when the bun and toppings are definitely on the cheaper side. Overall a really delicious veggie burger and the employees seem to be trying their best to give good customer service. Vegetarian options: For all the vegan/vegetarians who eat here, if you guys look into having a sticker saying its an impossible burger and that the cooks acknowledge that they didn't use a meat burger, that would set me at ease. It's just so deliciously accurate to a real burger. Also if you looked into getting a vegan cheese slice to put on the vegan burgs, that'd be awesome.

Disappointed in todays visit to Burger Priest. Waited about 20 minutes for my food. Fries were luke warm, and my burger was pink like my cream soda. Took another 15 minutes for them to make a new burger. Staff was friendly enough, but I’d rather go to Five Guys

Friendly staff and clean restaurant, we ordered to go. Don't expect a massive burger. This is the cheeseburger. It was tasty but small. For the price, it's a bit expensive.

Great quality burger. You can choose the toppings to your liking. Small seating area for the demand but we never had to wait more than a few mins to sit

We came from putting up our Christmas lights, looking for a quick hot meal and we found it here. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. The atmosphere is great and the restaurant is clean. The burgers are amazing! They really take the time to make sure the burger is customized to your liking. We will definitely come back. As a Catholic, I say AMEN!!

There is not one person here moving quicker than a snail despite a line out the door. I can't believe how little people care to do their job well. Just to add. Burger and fries cold and portion is so small and sad looking. I have been going to burger priest since the original location and this is not anywhere close to what it should be.

Great customer service and atmosphere. Was there for the soft opening on October 7th. Enjoyed the priest, poutine and specialty shake. The priest had an unexpected but pleasant crunch. The milk shake was nice and thick. Poutine needed more gravy but they were happy to provide more gravy. All in all, great experience and will come back again if we're in the area and craving burgers.
