I took my car here after I was rear ended. Everything was done through insurance and went very smoothly. Herbers took care of setting up my rental car and everything. The whole experience was very stress free! As far as the work done on my car it was great. I had the back and front bumpers repaired and they look immaculate. The car was washed when I got it back as well which was much appreciated. I would recommend Herbers for anyone needing auto body work.

I've had my vehicle repaired at Herbers Autobody twice within half year. They always make me happy. The job is well done. The vehicle is clean like new when I pick it up. I remember when I did the estimate on the second time, the mechanic's job was impressed me. Since my front bump was peeled off, he tied it up with strip and the car looks much nicer when we drive back. I'm really happy with the job they've done. Definitely will come back.

Very unfortunate experience. Brought my vehicle in to get the bumper fixed after being rear ended. First scheduled appointment the shop failed to inspect the part they ordered prior to my arrival and dropping off the car. The part was damaged and could not be used and I had to reschedule the repair another few weeks into the future (this is after the car was there for a few hours in the morning and I had already worked out a rental vehicle for the duration of the repair). Went in for the second appointment and they appeared surprised by my arrival. This was further evident by the fact that the car rental company they had purported to schedule me with had no idea I was picking up a vehicle that morning. After the work was completed we picked up the vehicle and, upon exiting the lot, noticed one of our tires was going flat and we ended up having to replace it. I called the shop to express my concern and no one bothered to return the call. For a shop that expresses customer service as an important aspect of their business they definitely show a seriously lack of understanding of what that means.. Update: Herbers did a great job rectifying the situation described above after the fact. Management took it into their hands to discover why this occurred, discuss it with me, and note actions on a go forward basis. Quality of work was great and would use the shop again.

Smooth Experience. Helpful and Friendly Staff. Car looked brand new when I picked it up. While the repair took longer than initially predicted, the communication about the process was always timely and kept me well informed.

I chose Herbers Auto Body based on their rating on website for the first time. My car was rear ended. The shop took the area that was damaged apart and showed me the damage. They worked with the other guys insurance company to work out the cost to repair the vehicle. They got all the payment details worked out with the insurance company. I took the car for repair and they promised 4 days to get the job done. They did it in three days. The work done looked awesome with lifetime warranty? I am taking all my body repair work there from now on. Great job you guys.
