The lady behind the clinique counter was snobby and snotty as usual. Most of them are, but she was knowledgeable, however.

They always find a way to get out of the weekly coupons, even if they are valid. We had to argue with the manager last time to get them to scan a coupon, and the coupon immediately worked when they scanned it. "No that won't work. Oh that's weird."
