This is one of the better locations, in terms of staff. They don't always have the stock, because it's a smaller location, but the staff always will help you find what you are looking for. I went in for the swim pants, that weren't at any location, and I had multiple staff members help me find pants that were similar to sizing before helping me purchase the right size in the online store to be shipped to my house for free. They are incredibly friendly and cheery to help and it is why I love this location.

Kingsway lulu lemon is my favourite. The staff and people that work there greeted me with huge smiles and positive energy. Elise Especially helped me with my return and was super helpful and understanding. She answered all my questions. Thank you Elise for you kindness tonight ! Inviting store. Love the exterior design. Very bright and clean inside. Well laid out with and excellent selection to choose from. I was shopping for a gift and the staff were so very cheerful and helpful. The customer experience was excellent. I have shopped other stores (not Lululemon) in many places including Robson Street in Vancouver, the fashion district in Toronto and shops along Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills but rarely find excellence in all areas of service, selection and overall satisfaction as this store scored

Spent $140.00 on dress pants. started to fade after a few months. brought them in and no one could even find the same pants. they finally told me to go shop at winners to buy pants. Time for Upper Management to step in.

Had an excellent customer service experience from "Cher"(sp?). Not gonna go into details but she helped me resolve a last minute situation and saved me a few gray hairs! Overall the service I've gotten from this location was up to par but this one time deserves mention. Thanks again!
