Henry Hudson Park

A small, remote park along the banks of the Hudson away from the hustle and bustle of urban Albany (Just 8 miles from downtown!). Surprisingly, this is a park which very few Albany residents know about! It has a great play area, picnic area, baseball field and a good place for kayaking or taking your speedboat out on the water. Small, beautiful, serene. Great place to spend a summer day if you don't want to travel far away from the city and want nature's feel.

Nice park on the Hudson river.has a boat launch, kayak rentals (you will have to see the details on that) a ball field,pavilion,picnic tables and some charcoal grills.also has rest rooms.

Fantastic park. Clean. Parking. One of my favorite boat launches in the region. Fishing, walking, kayaking.

Great park. It has well maintained baseball fields, playgrounds and a place to fish. We caught a couple while sitting in the grass on a nice sunny day. As long as your come prepared you are going to have a great time here. However keep in mind that this park is a bit away from any real civilization so don't think you can wonder quickly to get a refill on your snacks.

Great park, boat launch kayak launch, playground, grills, picnic area, covered picnic areas too, great views of the hudson
