Albany County Aging Department

I have to begin by saying i am not happy with the services and treatment that i have recieved from Adult Protective Services of Albany,NY. & And my Social Worker Rebecca Rieley, she has caused nothing but troubles for me by beginning with her lies towards me and lost my trust Immediatley and assuming that my bestfriend Tim is physically hurting me when he isn't and never has, he is The sweetest, most kindness person and far from an abusive person and if anything he is totally against all sortes of violence especially the Hate Crime Gang Assault he went through in 1998 and she has nothing but judged him because of his criminal conviction being a Level 3 Sex Offender, Rebecca has done nothing good except miss lead me in documents and had me sign stuff other than what we discussed and failed to provide me with copies even though i requested copies and she did'nt. I am very obsured by the fact that she came to my Apartment with the Police Wednesday February 20th. 2019 because she couldn't get in touch with me on my phone because i had no minutes and assumed that something was wrong with me when there really wasn't, i had surgery on my ears from a fall so i was resting and My bestfriend had to take the proper steps by filing a Lawsuit against all parties involved in this situation from the beginning to now to protect his excellent Reputation, now he had to file for Defamation,False Statements,Libel,Slander,Publish to third party and he should'nt of had to go through this because people couldn't get to know him first. I will stand by him through this and so will many other's within his support circle.
