I am very happy with the service i received. Has my 2011 Jeep Patriot towed to Henderson Auto due to a no start issue. Service was straight to the point about what the worst case scenario would cost and what they were planning to try and do to try and resolve the issue.  Instead of charging me $1000's to replace an entire relay panel like the dealership would have done, they took the time to figure out a low cost fix to get my vehicle back on the road in a timely manner. The Jeep now starts flawlessly. Thank you for the great service and i will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future if i have any other issues.

Christine and her team are wonderful! They have provided us with thorough, competent and honest service on our older model Civic for the past 3 years. Most recently, Christine went out of her way to provide us with a great deal of support surrounding a newly purchased used vehicle (from a local dealership) that was making a tremendous amount of noise. Unlike the dealership, she diagnosed the true issue almost immediately and went above and beyond to help us feel at ease with respect to the overall purchase. Service is quick and ALWAYS reasonably priced for the job. Henderson's reputation speaks for itself. If you need a mechanic. Look no further!

Best mechanics out there. Easy to make appointments, quick service, friendly staff and will get you the best price they can on parts. Always take our vehicles here, no where else compares.

I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give more. I desperately needed to have my tires replaced and had called around to many places in Bowmanville everyone had at least 2-3 week lead in scheduling. When I spoke to them over the phone they advised they were also very busy but we're able to accommodate my urgent request. The staff were very friendly and approachable. I will be bringing my car back for regular service from now on.
