Clarington Honda

Walked in ordered my part the parts guy was great came back the next day to pick up my part and was waiting there for me as promised. Part costs more than other places but that's what you expect when purchasing original parts. Quality!

I don’t think I could honestly say enough things about Nolan and Nicole. I truthfully don’t believe 5 stars is even enough. These two incredibly human beings honestly went above and beyond for me and my children. After a really bad car accident a week ago, and losing my Honda to that, I was having the absolute worst luck at every dealership. Until I called clarington Honda. Nicole was amazing, right off the bat, as soon as she answered the phone. Just through our phone call she tried to work her magic for me. I headed over to the dealership in person where I met her and Nolan. I was in and out so quickly (I had my children with me and actually didn’t feel rushed at all and appreciated it). Exactly 20 minutes after leaving the dealership, Nolan had called me to say I was finally going to get my brand new vehicle this week. There was no run around, no “maybe”, nothing bad. Nolan and Nicole did absolutely everything and then some that they said they were going to do. You both are truly amazing. I don’t think I’ll ever trust another dealership the way I immediately trusted this one. I would 100/100 recommend them and this place to anyone and everyone.

Shook hands and finalized the deal on a Honda Civic then they claimed they made a mistake and wanted $300 dollars more. Terribly unprofessional. I am surprised a Honda dealership would conduct business this way. This experience was a waste of my time. Ended up buying the car through the APA and got the most amazing car shopping experience.

Try getting ahold of anyone in Parts...Good Luck....they dont answer their phones or return calls. This will be my only post about this Dealership...Go elsewhere is my suggestion...

Drove all the way from London to get a well priced Honda Fit. I was met by good people, in particular Mike Clayton (used car manager and overall stand up guy), Steve, and Ashley Didier (Financial Services Manager) were all a pleasure to deal with. Car was exactly as described. Expect small town hospitality with big city pricing. They’ll have my business again.
