Clarington Nissan

I took my Nissan titan in to get a couple of small warranty issues rectified. As I got out of my truck when I arrived my door blew open and bumped into one of their other customers cars. When I told the service manager what had happened, he took a look at it and advised that they would be able to easily buff out the small paint transfer and would not bother charging me. Amazing! They completed the service very quickly and even washed my truck when they were done. Very pleasant experience.

I bought a used Honda CR-V a few weeks ago from Clarington Nissan and I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. The staff was welcoming, polite and respectful. The staff made the process of buying a vehicle very easy and smooth. The service from the Sales Department and the Finance Department was incredible. Riley from sales went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. He was very professional, accommodating and helpful. Jesse from sales also provided amazing service and gave a super good deal. Finally, Jonathan from finance facilitated going over warranty and finance numbers. Overall an amazing experience. I would give it a 10 star if I could. I normally don't do reviews or surveys, but this time I feel I have to. I recently bought a used car from Clarington Nissan. The sale went great and we made a deal with Steve. All the staff were just so friendly! Very refreshing in these strange times. We found a couple of things that needed repair. I informed them via e-mail and they got back to me immediately. They were genuinely concerned for my undue stress. No one likes to find something wrong with their new purchase! They put me at ease and resolved my issues and then some. No one person deserves all the credit. They worked as a team. I don't know all their names but.. they are all so friendly at Clarington Nissan! Special thanks to Sean, Steve, Jonathon, Jesse and Mike. Extra special thanks to Jesse and Mike. You know why! I didn't realize the generous gift until we hit the highway. Thumbs up to you all!!

Went to Clarington Nissan for brake service and detailing, brakes feel great and WOW!!! The cleanup they did on our Murano was incredible! Looks like brand new again! Thanks to Mike and Matt for the amazing service!! Highly recommend

I bought my 2023 Nissan Rogue from Clarington Nissan and I am pleased to pen down how wonderful Salesperson Avery and Finance Manager Jonathan were. Avery was very polite, provided all the information whenever asked, always there to answer customer queries. He is one of the few salesperson that will provide the best knowledge to customers , not be pushy at all and work in customer’s best interest. He even managed to deliver my winter mats to my house. I was getting the same car in other dealerships too. But I turned down because I don’t like to deal with salespersons who are aggressive to get their sales done and totally neglect the customer’s situation. Jonathan simply enjoys his profession and brings a great sense of humour when dealing with customers. I would definitely recommend business to this dealership. The product is the same but it’s the service that makes Clarington Nissan preferred over all!

I'm extremely impressed with the kindness everyone at the Clarington Nissan, I've brought my Qashqai ever since returning to the area from Belleville, Ontario over a year ago, and just bought another Qashqai SL AWD. Purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport XL...Steve the salesmen was very professional, described every detail about this vehicle to both my wife and Ia pleasure to deal with . Dealt with Jonathon regarding the financial aspects and had a very nice chat about life. Now moving on to Riley Service Dept, under most circumstances not a Department I normally would like to deal with but he definitely handled the unfortunate issue that transpired hrs after picking up this vehicle like a true professional and a big shout out to him. Now the next person will remain nameless for several reasons, not sure if he or she is versed in the difference between bank 1 and bank 2 as that would have saved me an extra trip to the Dealership, my code reader does know the difference lol. Overall I give Claringhton Nissan a 5 star review, 6 if its Riley.
