Simply put, Heather and her team are the best in the business. We have worked with Heather to buy and sell our past 3 properties, and we couldn’t have done it without her patience and guidance. Bianca, Nicole and Heather were with us every step of the way - sharing market insights, discussing strategies, and when it was go time, they put together a smart plan, from packing and staging through to marketing. Heather and her team are a cut above the rest. We recently called her looking for help with selling our house. We didn't want to be overwhelmed by the process of getting a large house market-ready and were hoping to work with someone that could help streamline the process. Heather blew us away.  When she told us that all we really needed to do was give her the keys, we thought she was exaggerating... but she wasn't. Whitney who was pivotal in getting everything organized and keeping it on track sent us a calendar and told us when it would be best for us to be out of the way. We booked a vacation and came back on offer day.  The house looked incredible, the marketing was top notch and the place sold on offer day for more than we expected. Heather's process was organized, honest and transparent from day one - we never had to follow up with her team, everything was on schedule and super smooth.  We've sold properties a few times before and have never had such a positive experience - would recommend Heather and crew to anyone!

Heather, Whitney, and the whole team are fantastic - we had the best possible experience working with them. They truly got what we were looking for and made us feel supported and heard throughout the process of finding our perfect home.  They are knowledgable and insightful at every stage, from looking at various houses to offers to closing - and even beyond. They are super positive and fun to be around, and their passion for their business is evident in everything they do.  We totally recommend HH!!

Heather and her team are absolutely incredible. They worked so hard for us, and took great care of all the details. They really are a full service crew -- from packing to painting to staging..WOW. Our loft sold quickly, and for a great price!! Heather and Larenne were constantly available to answer questions and calm our nerves! Highly, highly recommend this team!
