Working with Mark to find a condo in Toronto was incredibly easy. Mark was impressively knowledgeable on the units, buildings, and neighbourhoods he showed us. He would help us consider the pros and cons of each condo we visited. In the past, we used a real estate agent who was very clearly interested in making a deal rather than our preferences and lifestyle. It was the opposite experience with Mark; he put us first. He made sure that we were comfortable with our final decision by showing us the surrounding neighbourhood and a few more styles of units. We looked at approx. 5 condos over a 2 week period before finding the place for us. Mark was an absolutely incredible agent. His hard work helping us get the condo ready for sale recommending painters, flooring, and also what to upgrade and what not to, and then setting up the unit for showing online and in person, was above and beyond what I ever expected. I was impressed with his focus when we first chatted, and at no point during the process did he let me down. Given the potential for issues that my being out of the city could raise, the ease in which everything closed is a testimony to his ability as an agent. Mark was not only well-versed in his business, accommodating and professional while making us feel quite comfortable; he went above the call of duty, offering drop-offs and meet-ups at our convenience. He had the magic touch and helped us find our rental apartment in Liberty Village immediately. When it came to forms and communications, Mark made sure to guide us and fight for us regarding prices/concerns about the property. Plus he's a fun guy so we had a few laughs through the process. : Overall: an easy & amazing experience which is rare to say about moving! and we will definitely be using Mark again when the time comes.

I've worked with Mark Savel for my last two moves. He's very knowledgable and tipped us off to potential problems I never would have noticed.
