5 stars to The Stewart and team so far! Downtown is a great place to be with something going on everyday. The Stewart is an awesome hub to explore downtown, whether that’s at Roosevelt Row, a live music venue, parks, a sporting event, theater or museum; The Stewart is at the center of it all. The building and amenities are very modern and clean. And who couldn’t love the rooftop pool with its views. A big thank you to Armando, Karmel, and The Stewart team. They were a huge help during the whole move in process, including touring the property, helping throughout the application, and all the logistics on move-in day. Thank you again!!!

when Jamie The Building Manager took command, this place became one of the hottest places to live. I'm here to tell you that this building is different and a marvel that was only made possible by Jamie. Her hands on approach, wrangle 'em by the horns attitude, is what makes this building run the way it does.  when you speak to Jamie, you can tell she's doing her job very well & at the same time, cares. it doesn't come off as uncaring or unprofessional. she's the most understanding Building Manager i've ever encountered!  when on duty, the staff is very professional and cordial. always saying hi or asking if i need anything. when off duty, the staff is very pleasant as well!  This building has character. it's fun. its exciting. it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what the next day is going to be like.  the rooftop pool view is probably the best view in the city as the building is perfectly located to give you the best vantage point of all of downtown  this place has exciting events a few times a month that are all inclusive. the staff are always there to make the event fun.  the Stewart is conveniently located close to Roosevelt Row & First Friday Art Festival which draws in thousands of people. Makes for a fun evening for a date or family.  if you've read this far, congratulations! you probably want to live here! i will end in this tho, if you have kids or are significantly older, this might not be the place for you. i refer you to the smaller apartments in the area located on the edge of downtown, away from the noise.  Other than that, this place is pretty awesome, i would/will definitely be renewing my lease come next year.  i encourage everyone to come tour the building with Jamie, I promise you'll like what you see!

I had the pleasure of working with Armando at The Stewart. I went to every high-rise in PHX, and Armando had more knowledge of his building, the downtown area, and leasing than any other. He was fantastic throughout the entire process.  He was patient and accommodating to my needs. He was always in touch to answer my questions and genuinely cares about his clients. I love that he called me a few days before move-in just to confirm he had everything covered.  Greystar should take note of his outstanding service and effort. He's the best in the city. Highly recommend working with Armando and living at The Stewart.

I was searching downtown Phoenix for the perfect place to live and came across The Stewart and I had to move here. I needed a place with a view, a nice clean gym, a rooftop pool and had to be walking distance from downtown nightlife. The Stewart checked all those boxes and then some! The staff, Jamie and Kalie, are super professional and are literally the nicest people and made my move-in quick and stress-free! From my place I can see sunrises and sunsets which are amazing here in AZ. I recommend these sky-rise luxury apartments to anyone and everyone!

What a great place to call home!!! The building is so pretty and we love our view! We spend lots of time in the amazing roof top pool and enjoy the fitness center a few times a week!!!! Staff is friendly and maintenance takes care of any problems quickly!!!! I hope to be here for a long time!!!!

I love this apartment complex!! It is beautiful and it keeps getting better. This property management team is on the ball. The apartments have a variety of footprints and all of them look out at the incredible view of downtown Phoenix. The pool on the 18th floor is in great shape. Jamie is an amazing property manager and responds quickly to issues and takes care of business. The hot tub has been completely redone. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Now we can get in the building and elevators with codes which makes it so much easier. The carpet is being replaced in the hallways with tile in front of the elevators on all floors. The accent colors on the carpet will match the wall paint. This just keeps getting better. The Stewart is an active part of the artistic community surrounding this building. Downtown is coming up. Good job property team!! Your creating an amazing community.

I stopped by the leasing office  with my partner the other day and the front desk staff made us feel really uncomfortable. She was blond and she stated, "It is not that I dont trust you but were fully booked" However with that being said my partner had showed her our appointment with time and date and really wasn't expecting this attitude and manners of this property! I wish they hired better leasing agents who truly care and value finding prospect homes. I look forward to hearing back from management!

Jamie and Emily in the office always go above and beyond to help residents out however they can. I’ve lived at a lot of different complexes and they are by far the best property managers I’ve ever had, we’re lucky to have them around! I can’t forget to mention the how great the amenities are, especially the pool and gym. Living at The Stewart has been great and it will be even better once the renovations are complete.

Unfortunately, I only have great things to say about this property!! First and foremost, the staff is AMAZING! Very attentive, communication is on point. I love my apartment, maintenance is quick and efficient. My husband and I have already pledged to be here for the next 2 years! Great location!

The Stewart is an amazing community to live. The staff is great and helpful and understanding and very personable. I have lived here for 3 years and counting. Jamie the manager and kalie are my favorite people. Highly recommend this building for anyone looking for the downtown experience
