Earlier this year Jerome and the Fox Marin team sold our downtown Toronto condo. They were fantastic to work with. It really felt like the company worked together as a team to provide the best service for their clients. They were very knowledgeable about the market, incredibly responsive and took care of every single detail along the way. They offer a comprehensive service which includes staging and photos to show the unit's true potential. Our condo sold very quickly and we were extremely pleased with the end result. We highly recommend Jerome and the Fox Marin team!

I first heard of Fox Marin by high recommendation from a friend, and they were wonderful! I worked with them for both buying and selling during a difficult market and throughout the process they were professional, diligent, attentive and thorough. Kori and Ralph and incredible partners and are always there for support and guidance. Olivia kept everything organized and made each step  of the way easy. This team is truly the best out there! I am definitely working with them again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience working with Fox Marin Associates. Susan went above and beyond in finding me a condo to rent. Prior to working with her, I found that the Toronto rental market was intimidating and moved extremely quickly. However, she was able to explain how to navigate it well and made the process very smooth and stress-free. She was extremely responsive, helpful, and personable. She always responds quickly, within minutes, and I could truly feel her advocating on my behalf. 10/10 I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

We had an amazing experience working with the Fox Marin team to navigate the rental market during one of the most competitive time of the year. Susan was a pleasure to work with and was honestly one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She was very attentive during the initial video call, making sure to capture all our needs in detail, as well as providing insights on what to look out for in the current market.  She was efficient and quick to setup showings, find alternatives, putting together the offer packages and keeping us up to date on everything. This was especially import since listings only lasted a few days at most on the market and it was important to see them asap. Her offer packages were extremely detailed and made sure to protect potential tenants from any potential issues. Having a realtor who will protect you and make sure you know all your legal rights, as well as things that are not legal for potential landlords to do, is extremely important.  Susan also made sure to be there when we conducted the key exchange with the landlord, to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and to mitigate any potential issues that could have arose. I never had a realtor do this before and not many will. This goes to show how professional they are and how well they treat their clients.  I highly recommend working with Susan and the rest of the team. I look forward to being able to work with them again sometime in the future.

Outstanding reviews was the reason I decide to reach out to the Fox Marin team and after working with them I can say that adding one more is the least I could do. The service was top-notch, from start to finish. Before working with them I was a first-time renter with no knowledge about the real estate market, now I am confident I could take any role in the real estate industry : kidding aside, Reuben and Jerome were awesome, it started with Reuben carefully listening to my needs and narrowing down the rental options on the market. The Fox Marin team is absolutely amazing! We have worked with their team to buy our Toronto townhome in 2017 and then sell it in 2022. Ralph's selling strategy was aggressive and thoughtful - he got us to market fast with our best foot forward and we were very happy with the results of the sale.
