Health-Wise Clinic

My family was happy to find a family doctor here about 6 months ago and the quality of care has always been very good. Friendly staff, decent wait times, etc. Today, my 4 year old put her teeth through her bottom lip and required stitches. We sat at the emergency room for 4 hours before I called health wise to see if her lip could be attended to there instead of waiting an indefinite amount of time for emergency care. Dr Mahdi had her taken care of in-no exaggeration-20 minutes. I feel very lucky that a doctor of his skill works in a family practice. It's an overall excellent facility.

This place is absolutely horrible. The receptionist do not communicate. They don’t follow up. The doctors rush you out. As a patient they put walk in patient even if you have an appointment. It takes 3 to 4 days to get a prescription refill or you have to walk in and wait for about 4 hours to sign a sheet. They don’t even get back to you about questions of an infant. Careless over all I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give a half of a star I would

Worst evening receptionist, brought my daughter in the 2 receptionist told me they dont take patients after 6 n close at 7 depending on patient volume...waiting room was empty i got there just after six...the one reception spoke to me rudely with her personal smart phone to her ear the entire time. So unprofessional

Horrible Horrible. Dr Mahdi prescribed my wife Tamiflu a very controversial antiviral drug that causes hallucinations and even death and didn't even test her for flu. She Ended up taking half with horrible side effects. Went to another doc who shook head and asked if he (the walk in clinic doc) is is possession of medical degree and license. Horrible Horrible never again!!!!
