Customer service that goes above and beyond! I have been a client here for just over 10 years. While the service has always been impeccable, it's my most recent experience that has truly left me impressed! My career has found me moving frequently aross Canada and overseas. Most recently, I moved back from the UK and then up north to Nunavut. During this hustle, I was unable to get more contacts lenses (vital when you wear ski goggles daily). Thankfully, the staff at VC were very creative and were able to use my Rx from the UK and mailed me my new contacts all the way here to the North! THANK YOU, Vision Clinic!!!

My friend and I walked into the shop which wasn't busy. They only had one customer, a lady with 2 daughters. There was already someone helping them. We weren't greeted or approached. After 10 minutes of browsing the frames, I walked to the counter and her first question was, do I have an Appt which I said no. I asked what type of price am i looking at for prescription sunglasses and she said it varies. Then I asked about the promotion I saw on WagJag and she said she has no idea and looked to her colleague. And she too said she had no idea and have to ask Charles, their optician. Charles glanced briefly at me and look away. There were 4 people working, in which one girl was with the customer and the other 3 was behind the counter. They were more interested in what the other customer want than my friend and I. If you need 4 staffs to cater to 1 customer, it is time to get rid of them and hire more efficient people. And to have a wagjag deal but know nothing about it?! Thank goodness, we walked away and went to the Vision Clinic in Stoney Creek where Michaels is. Kelly was super amazing!

I have been here a few times now and have left very happy every time. The staff is so great, they took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses and are just very pleasant people in general. They have a great selection of eyewear as well. If you are in need of glasses and/or sunglasses and awesome customer service, this is the place to go!

Worst time I have ever purchased lenses they charged me almost 200 for regular plain lenses that were not even coated or anything no scratch reset it or anti glare , didn’t want to refund my money went to a place on fruit land they were only asking 60 so I suggest to go somewhere else these guys are money pigs

Had a wonderful experience at the Vision Clinic. The associates were friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and always looking out for your best interest. I had the pleasure of having Katie help me with all of my vision needs. She was by far the best help I have ever had at an optical store. Check this place out and ask for Katie!
