The place is as beautiful as the staff. Very welcoming and professional . I had a consultation with Adriana who was very informed about every procedure. She didn’t try to push any service that wouldn’t work for me . Gave very helpful suggestions as well.  Irena made sure you were comfortable  took her time and explained everything she was doing.  I had smokers wrinkles above my lip and had Botox into top lip. The results turned out really, really well.  I will definitely go back for more services. The staff is excellent. My first visit on July 22 was a positive experience. Dawn Clappison was able to explain what needed to be done to help achieve the results I was looking for. Her knowledge and expertise was evident as she explained the procedures. During the procedures she took the time to explain every step. The results were noticeable right away and continued to get better daily.  During my follow up visit two weeks later on August 3 Dawn answered all my questions and  adjusted a few areas. I had my first visit at Skin Vitality Stoney Creek last week and the entire experience, from beginning to end, was perfect. The space is elegant and welcoming as was the lady working at the front desk. Kayla was lovely and very helpful in guiding me through the pricing and payment options. Nurse Shayna was incredibly thorough in her assessment of what my skin needed. I have had Botox done a few times before and have never felt so comfortable and confident in my injectors abilities. Very professional and friendly. My injector explained everything she was going to do, what to expect and how to take care over the next few days. She was gentle with the lip filler. Assured me of the process to the end result. Told me she will reach out to me in a few days to check in on me. Before I got home I had an email with my dos and don’t. The ladies at this spa are phenomenal. They explain everything they are doing so you are aware of what is happening next. I must say from start to finish these girls are amazing. I choose to go to the Stony Creek location, I live in Burlington, because the girls there are just so kind so helpful so knowledgeable. Everything is explained to me and if I have any questions they are answered professionally. When I arrive I am always greeted with a smile as I wait in the clean fresh Stunning waiting area. Absolutely lovely place with amazing staff. Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. It’s a great location & I’m very particular about injectables after a few bad experiences elsewhere etc. the nurse practitioner & follow up nurses took their time & really listened.  You are welcomed by all staff & made to feel heard. They even jot down notes to help tailor any future needs you’re after. Very hands on approach & don’t push treatments on you.  Very knowledgeable staff & will be making it my go to. Highly recommend even if you’re picky like me.  Services:&nbsp;JUVÉDERM treatments
