Burgers are good, but the chicken is often under-cooked.  Wait times are unbelievably long (told 50min wait time for a 1/4 chicken dinner). Don't go unless you just want a burger+fries.

Never see a harvey's that nobody take order for 3-4 minute i go there 2 times and never order go to tim horton on the other side of the road better service!

Terrible service. We were in the drive-through line for over 15 minutes, when we decided to go to the window, which the server just stared at us rudely and did not serve us.
Every time we go to this particular Harvey’s, the food is terrible and the service is even worse. Hire better staff already!!!!

Sloppily put together food and watched one of the cooks just toss a poutine on the counter with no respect at all. the lid popped off and fries spilled out and he just looked at it and left while someone else had to fix it.
