Head to your favorite KFC in Cochrane for a great time on the toilet. I only recommend this place for bad customer service and uncooked pink chicken. If you want to experience an explosion in your bathroom, then this the right place to buy your food. They also messed up my order and didn't even try to fix it. The old management was amazing, not sure why they left and this new inexperienced management took over.

I would like to say the service was courteous and efficient but the food was substandard, maybe an off day for the franchisee. Chicken was barely breaded a tad undercooked and the gravy tasted burnt. I don't like to complain publicly but if I was a business owner I would want to know.

Not a pleasant lunch. Restaurant had a foul odor inside. Our order was incorrect Chicken was dry. Fries tasted old and overcooked. Popcorn chicken was cold. Pop machine had several flavors not working. My children, wife and myself all did not enjoy this meal. Unfortunately we won't return.Food: 1/5

Everything was way greasier then any other KFC I have had. Breading fell off of my chicken and had a pool of straight grease on top. Chicken was pink i didn’t eat it, looked pink

I actually liked it here, for a change they gave me ketchup and hot sauce while other places make me beg for it and tend to always "forget" to add it or add one or two sachets for a large order after asking very nicely for lots of extra ketchup. The place got awesome employees! That to me is huge for fast food places and I love my ketchup but most have become extremely stingy it really ruins the experience. Extra crispy chicken was on the money, do yourself a favour and try it if you haven't. It's usually made to order and tastes every bit as good as the real deal with the spices coming through nicely and the added benefit of being extra fresh.

Never get what you ask for, taste is not KFC standard by a long shot. Despite all the terrible reviews, nothing changes. How do they stay open, does head office not read reviews and check standards????!! We’ll never be back.

Ordered a 10 peice meal tonight. I got the meal quickly but The fries were cold and stale, 4 out of 10 of the peices of chicken were small drums and the gravy and 2 large sides were just over the half mark full. Definitely not worth the price I paid. If anything I would expect the food to not be left over from lunch. Very disappointed.

We just bought some chicken from this location on May 2nd/2023, my daughter woke up with pain in her stomach and threw up immediately after. I’m a cook and I know when someone has got food poisoning and my daughter got it because these employees who work there on that day couldn’t keep their health standards at a professional level. My father actually said that one of the chickens was still cold in the centre, I thought maybe because we live outside of town and the drive may have got the food cold. In this case no! They served us food that they barely cooked. My little brother went to bed with an aching stomach as well. So this adds to the mess as well. I am not very happy. We will be callling their management in the morning and if nothing is done then we will continue on with further actions. Do better Cochranes KFC. You guys are giving this location and the company’s name a bad reputation.

If you want greasy, boarder-line under cooked chicken, fries that are so old I wouldn’t feed them to my dog, and pop that tastes like they haven’t cleaned their pop machine since they’ve opened, then come here. This place is easily the grossest place in cochrane. You’d think they’d really step up their game with all the fried chicken options available.

Unable to eat the chicken tenders, they were so salty, imagine pouring a salt shaker right into your mouth. The fries were over cooked and dark brown bordering on burnt. They must have changed their gravy recently, not the typical chicken and pepper gravy they used to have. This gravy almost seems beef flavoured. We only order KFC once a year so hopefully this was all a one off. The bucket of original chicken was good, no changes there.
