The staff at this location are excellent and I'm always very satisfied with the food as well. You can usually benefit from being on the Harvey's coupon email list. With a coupon you can often feed 2 people for around $10. Don't forget to swipe your scene card for extra points.

amazing food. you pick what you like on it and your good to go, plus good coupon deals. only bad thing there donuts are small and don't offer bigger ones, they melt in your mouth!.

Hadn't been here in years! Hands down the best service I've ever had from a fast food restaurant! Burgers are a bit smaller than I remember, so they lose a star for that, but are still much thicker, juicier, tastier and fresher than the competition. And the service! Did I mention the service? The staff here are old fashioned. The whole experience is like hopping in the DeLorean and going back in time. They treated my kids and I like actual people, rather than just a number. They helped us with our selection, offered to bring our food to us, periodically followed up with us, and even took away our garbage when we were done. Impressed! Will be returning. Highly recommended!

Ordered 20 dollars worth of food april 4th. A double junior burger combo with 3 extra double junior burgers a large fry and regular fry. Got this food for the 30 hour train ride back to Ontario. Had no time to go back when I found they butchered the order and shorted me the large fry and regular fry. So i emailed and told them i was going back to the city in june, which im really not anymore. Received reply back and was told that i would receive 2 free meals when i go back. Problem is round trip ticket with train food comes to around 500 dollars. Im hoping the manager sees this. Because the service was a joke. So i pay for something i didnt get and think that i will be happy with 2 free meals, i can fake being happy really well. Especially with having to pay for a round trip ticket in the future LOL the pictures are one of the receipt and the other what i received. This location should be made to pay for my entire future trip that would teach them a lesson in courtesy.
