Harvey's

This location is always busy but always understaffed! I like Harvey’s burgers, but hate to come to this store as their customer service is nearly non-existence, always have to wait long time to order and wait for food! I went today with my daughter and waited at least 15mins just to place our order, and another 15mins for our food to be ready! 1 girl serving drive-thru, 1 girl serving walk-in orders and 1 lady serving pick-up orders, and its a Sunday at close to 2pm! The girl that served walk-ins moved super slow, and zero smile on her face.nPlease train your staff and hire more staff, we’re here for fast food not fine dinning, we need quick service!

Mid May 2024, Friday lunch. Original Harvey's burger meal mobile order has the Harvey's Sauce missing. The size of the bun pack is the least generous among all Harvey's visited .nThe dinning area is not large but not small with soft seats. But the ventilation has been poor since day one, air filled with kitchen cooking oil, animal fat fume , smoke and odors!

Order via the mobile app at 7:40pm, and it showed that will be ready at 7:48pm.nnDrive thru and waited till 7:56pm, 8 mins delay from expected pick up time.nnStaff did apologize for the wait.nnGot the regular burger but at promo price $1.65 plus tax. The burger is much smaller than what I usually get.

Slow staff, all of them older women, kind of felt like the lady had a bit of a grumpy attitude/vibe, no customer service skills at all. All the staff moved really slow, almost as if in slow motion, as if the lady was purposely moving abnormally slow, the order took a while to complete, I waited a long time and by the time I got the burger it was room temperature. The burger was sitting under a lamp for a long time. The fries I originally got were old, so I asked for new fries and had to wait even longer. I was really annoyed by the time I actually got my food. Not to mention the absurdly high price, for that price I feel like I should be getting not only better service, but better quality food. I love Harvey's, it is my favorite burger restaurant, not only that but working at a Harvey's was actually my first job I ever got back when I was 16 years old in 2006. This location was absolutely terrible, from the poor customer service, slow staff, and mediocre food, it kinda ruined my lunch break. Definitely don't come here, from reading the other reviews it seems like other people have had experiences mirroring my own experience at this location. The burger itself, although it was no longer at a warm temperature, was still good.

There's an older staff member here who needs an attitude check fast. In addition to giving customers attitude she's giving other staff attitude.nnIf she's staff then the manager needs to take notice and address right away. If she's the manager then the regional leadership needs to address and build a plan to improve.nnHarvey's can do better ... They used to.
