Over all experience great very welcoming place clean staff is very polite, service was fast and food was delicious. The dining room was in order way better then most locations I have been too and the bathroom was surprisingly kept well clean. Great job one of the best locations by far I have been to!! Sitting by the window watching how fast the drive thru is moving as well very impressive. Not from here but definitely will be back because of the great service.
Four and one half stars. Was a hybrid Harvey's and Swiss Chalet location. I believe the fries were frozen. A little disappointed. I am use to real spuds. However the overall experience was excellent. Trevor, our server, has an excellent personality. He was pleasant to us and to the other restaurant patrons inside. I hope this location becomes a full service Swiss Chalet establishment. Will definitely be back to this location.
Busy spot at lunch, but as much as staff were bopping around, they were happy, chatting with each other and customers, and helping each other out covering all positions. I love it when people can be happy at work! So much better than people who are stressed and miserable about their jobs. Customers notice!
Very friendly staff, especially Emma! Even after a busy day fundraising for a local school she still had a smile and was warm and welcoming. Great service and delicious food made the way you like. Will be back again for sure!
We enjoyed our Angus mushroom melt burgers. Very tasty! Caesar salad & french fries were also good. The restaurant was clean & tidy as well.Food: 5/5
I paid $65 for a meal for my son, my husband and myself. Not only did they not have enough wings at a chicken place - swiss chalet is served here but the wings I did get were raw and could have made me seriously sick. When I asked to see the manager I was basically told no and then I was told that they have no more wings so they couldn't give me more. I assured her I didn’t want more - no concern for the fact that it could have made me sick. No offer of something else. Just a blank stare. This place has really let our family down one too many times. From not having french fries to serving raw chicken, I don’t think we will be back.
I wanted to just give a hats off to this locations customer service. The whole staff working on Sunday March 26th 2023 @ 12:29pm. Everyone here made their customers feel welcome. From the freindl y tone of the young lady working drive through all the way to the folks working the kitchen. Well done folks. Just happy positive feeling eating in at this location. It is very rare. Well done folks.

I don't know how a single burger takes 14 mins and I have to walk in to get it after ordering drive through. WHOLE Staff standing around talking. Poor management
