Friendly Staff. I've never had issues in the years I've been coming here and always feel like a valued customer. It's very convenient that you can order on your phone and just pull up to the drive thru. I like looking at the menu before I set sail. I would recommend coming here to get something tasty to eat. I will be coming back!
I appreciate this restaurant still having a play place. A lot of restaurants have removed them. My kids had a blast, killed 2 hours! It was also kept clean. Thanks Burger King Strathroy!
I used to frequent this locations tons, but the service among everything else has gone so down hill. The lady who took my partners order today just kept saying “that everything?” with the upmost attitude. I didn’t complain as she actually took the time to read back our order for accuracy at the very end. Ordered 3 combos + 1 sandwich and somehow every single thing had some sort of issue. 1 crispy chicken sandwich w/ cheese and bacon + fries with a side of ranch + cherry coke Recieved - a stale bun with ONLY chicken and lettuce on it, half full fries, no ranch and a regular coke 2 roadhouse crispy chicken with poutine and cherry coke Recieved - roadhouse chicken sandwich with the stalest bun you could’ve imagined 3 whopper W/ cheese + onion rings +zesty sauce as per cashiers recommendation + coke Received - whopper w/ cheese, you guessed it! Stale bun! No zesty sauce 4 plain childrens hamburger Recieved - childrens hamburger W all the fixings! I understand how mistakes happen during the order process, but having confirmed accuracy, all that needed to be done was read the list of what we ordered and provide that. Do not care to return here.
Went to grab a bite as we usually do once or twice a week. Says that they close at 8:00pm on boxing day. Showed up 20 after 7. Multiple printed signs at drive thru and at each door. No-one working. One person walking around oblivious when tried to get attention. Finally came to address issue when saw me taking pictures. He came out yelling "I know what the sign says but i changed it online" Facebook, Google, and burgerking.ca all say 11:00pm Its boxing day, it closes early, fine, but I dont know why you can't change the sign or even cross it out with a pen on at least ONE sign, had multiple people waiting in drive thru before they gave up. Then come out yelling at confused customers. Needless to say you lost a customer who spends ~ 80$ a week here and has overlooked many a mistake.
Love their whoopers but always no for their frozen popcorn chicken or nuggets Sundae along side makes perfect match
Usually it's great. Today at 1:00-1:10 ish. Ordered just a whopper burger and chicken sandwich with a medium onion ring.. Should have cost 12 something , but instead we were charged over $18.00. When asked about it they claimed the person who took our order was new but they had the headset on... But said we were correct. And then when I said I hope other customers aren't being charged extra and she said they're not and I said well we just would have been charged an extra 6$ if we didn't say anything ... and she turned around and shook her head no ... very rude and unflattering customer service, especially when they tried to charge an extra 6$ ... Don't go to burger king while THIS young girl is working ...you may get charged ALOT more then you should be. and if you are concerned as to how it happened and if it may happen to someone else, you will just receive attitude.
Burger King Oxford east is good most of the time , sometimes the fries are cold ., y do u always have to ask for ketchup lol?
Ghost pepper whopper is not hot at all . Taste like a regular whopper better off put your own hot sauce on it
Had to ask for the tables to be cleaned off very dirty so we left with our food. Then when we opened our bag we didn't get our whole order. Not impressed at all. Also so cold inside freeze while you wait for your order.Food: 3/5
