my experience at this dealer is always a great one! The staff really treat you as part of the family, the real Harley experience. I recently bought a dyna from them, I had 3 other quotes from my local dealer as well as others, and Smithers Harley had the best price. I live 12 hours away so I'm not out there often, but when I do make it up the owner and staff always remember my name. It's always worth the trip, I won't buy a Harley or a sled from anyone but Them!

SHORT VERSION: Great dealership, great people. Popped a bolt on my gear-linkage on my way up to AK. Clutch wasn't connected any longer so I had to shift by pulling the linkage near my foot by hand. Finally reached Smithers HD, the owner himself sold me a used but pristine-condition gear linkage, complete with nuts, rubber washers and bolts-- for twenty bucks USD. He even put it on himself, took him 10 minutes. I don't think I thanked him enough, but I will surely stop by and see these folks again whenever passing through. Thumbs-up all the way.

Anyone wanting a Harley Davidson or Arctic Cat, this place has the best customer satisfaction... If you know what you want, give them a call, if they do not have it, they will find it for you...
