Shoppers Drug Mart

I went there to get a gift and still had my work clothes on, when I asked about a certain item, their employee insinuated that I could not afford it and walked away, so I left. Not sure why but zi went back to try and purchase that item! After fifteen minutes I asked if there was someone that could help me five minutes later I was still waiting no one showed up so I left . Poor poor service!!

I've been using this Shoppers for many years and each time I am greeted kindly, I get service for the most part with a smile and on a great day, a little banter to pass the transaction by. Today, I was served by a wonderful young man who greeted me and wished me a good day after payment. I only went in to buy three items and it was a quick visit, I appreciate the kind and friendly customer service of this establishment.

Absolute horrible pharmacy service on saturday Feb.10!nThey lost my prescription B/W here and Prince Rupert Store and suddenly say I have no refills left when I know and they can see they transferred 12 refills last month and offered no service to look for it, or find the mistake, told me they would call me back and they did once but not after the next dead ends to find it and now on hold for 20minutes after waiting 40min when he said he would call me right back to let me know he figured it out and probably sent it to the wrong store to begin with!!!

Parm...the cashier was very rude.nOur order was obviously large, we weren't carrying any bags, I asked for a bag.nShe ignored me until I asked how much for a bag.nShe seemed annoyed with us for asking.nSo disappointing, big change from the friendliness we used to experience.

Just remember this shoppers has been closing at 7 I believe from staff shortage. So hopefully if enough people make the time suggestions it'll get changed on here.
