We have had the pleasure of shopping at Heartstrings for many years, and it never ceases to amaze me what a treat it is to step into the store. There is always something new, varied, and it is almost impossible to leave without purchasing something for your home, a gift, and even chalk paint inspirations. Great staff, so friendly and helpful, and willing to spend time to make sure you get what you need. When traveling to Smithers, we always stop in!

A real treasure here in the North. From the time you step through the entrance door until the moment you walk out with your bag of goodies (I defy you to leave empty-handed), you know you're in a very special store! If you're looking for something unique and wonderful for that special someone (including yourself!) and whether you have ten or a hundred dollars to spend, you WILL find it here. Sherry and her staff are amazing - they really know every product they carry and I have come to rely heavily on their advice for gift ideas. Every section of the store is laid out beautifully and with obvious care and attention to detail. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store and am so thrilled they've taken it online for my shopping pleasure. Way to go Heartstrings!!
