Hardee's

So glad that there is a Heights location now!! The staff has always been super nice and friendly! And the service has been way fast every time. The manager is pleasurable to deal with and very humble to talk to. Keep up the great job everybody!!!

Well when there's only two cars in line and your food comes out cold you ask yourself "is it really that busy for people not to care"? Nope just pure laziness. got the bottom of the fries, so old it was like chewing rubber bands. To top it off I was short a sandwich when I got home. Would have drove back but figured I'd risk it and eat the food any ways. I might be dead by tomorrow so I thought I'd put my two cents in............................never again I'm sticking to the downtown one, that's if I love to see another day.

Ordered the Frisco burger,which I order regularly and it's usually pretty good.today my Frisco burger came with bacon that was clearly under cooked,so I brought it back to the counter. It was returned to me a few minutes later and all that was done was to turn the bacon over so I couldn't see it!!! I gave the bacon back but ate the burger because I was starving.i also got a refund but will think twice before returning

Store was very clean,people were awesome. Prep work was wearing proper safety and sanitation gear. Manager was attentive and helpful.

Tonight was the first time eating at Hardees. They had us pull forward due to waiting on something to cook. No problem cause then we know our food is hot. They told us it would be a minute out. Well we sat there for over 10 minutes.....6 other cars got their food and drive off. Finally my husband was pist and so he pulled around and went in. The kid said they forgot and handed him our food. I have to mention that our food was sitting on the drive through counter... just sitting there and we could see it from the window when we pulled around and so it had been sitting there for a little bit. Not sure how long We say there but it was a very long time. We leave and open or food and our order was wrong.... not what we ordered but we can deal with it. I opened the boxes and both boxes have the coldest fries in them. My husband and I have had a long day and didn't feel like turning around and going back (not to mention my hubby was still pist off at this time). So.... not sure if we will come back again or not. If the food would have been warm I believe it may have been pretty good... but not sure! Worse experience I have had in awhile with any day food joint!!!
