Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I have eaten at this location at least 30 times over the years. Always good service, beer is always cold, food us always hot, and overall a nice clean restaurant to take the family to. Seems to be buy everytime we go so they must be doing something correct.

The staff was friendly, and the food was decent but nothing special. The burgers weren't really that much bigger than a McDonald's McDouble and the fries were seasoned strongly. While fun the onion rings tower isn't much of a value. Lastly the building interior looks like it is in need of a refresh.

It's been years since visiting a Red Robin and the crispy bacon burger I had today is reminiscent of past visits. The burgers are all large and impressive. The manager Bailey and our server Katelyn went above and beyond to be kind, genuine and accurate with our order. The atmosphere was inviting and visually stimulating. The one thing that disappointed me is that Red Robin executives decided it would be best to discontinue the chicken and steak fajitas which were a major hit with me and my family.

Ive been going to Red Robin for over 30 years and the food has stayed pretty yummy and consistant. My only 2 cents is that the last few times I've been in the fries come out soggy from the fryer. The flavor is tasty but just greasy and not crisp. At least the last 5 times. The cheese bacon fondue is a very yummy dip. I do recommend. Just wish the fries would be crisper. Still an overall positive experience.

Sure wish they would reopen our Red Robin in Missoula. We ate today at the one in Billings and it just made us miss ours. Bottomless fries, really great tasting burgers and drinks.
