Very disappointed in the service that was given to us at this Hardee's in Mitchell South Dakota. The employees made us feel that we were inconveniencing them. As my friend went to use the restroom an employee started to complain that she would have to clean the restroom again after just cleaning it. We were the only 2 customers in the place and as someone pulled into the drive thru the employee told this person it would be a while because they are short staffed. As we were waiting for our food we watched employees eating while cooking our food. Culver's was packed next door and Hardee's didn't have anyone and I guess we found out why. I wouldn't recommend this Hardee's and would have given them zero stars but it wasn't an option. Parking: Parking was great since there was no one in the restaurant.
Place was dirty food was cold and the customer service sucked apparently these people getting paid at least 15 dollars an hour to do a job don't deserve it since there busy goofing around and annoyed by being there and having to do there job this place needs a overhaul on there employees on what it means to do there job and what it means to treat customers with good customer service. Will not be going there again I will go somewhere else before going back there.
Ordered through the online app, when I got there staff rudely informed me they weren't able to make anything I ordered due to being out of one item and their fryer was also not running. I asked about getting a refund and she acted inconvenienced and told me I needed to wait. During this time she told others in the drive thru that it was going to be a wait due to being short staffed. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting until I finally told the gal I would just call on Monday to talk to someone about a refund. She started yelling at me that she was just getting ready to help me, very unprofessional. I left and called on Monday. Spoke with the owner who was very nice and said she would send me coupons equal to the cost of my order, however it's been a month and I still haven't received anything. Very disappointing service.
I ordered the Double Western cheeseburger 2 of them Each of them was supposed to get extra Patty extra Barbecue sauce And extra bacon Did not get Any of the extra stuff that I paid for And on top of that Hardy's is made to order No I know I haven't worked in fast food in a while but that meat was not Made to order The curly frogs was nasty and The Onion rings Only thing edible was the 5 piece chicken strips I am very disappointed I order through doordash all the time I order through doordash all the time And by far this is the worst it's ever been
I love Hardee's because they have a low carb menu/options.... Not today. Asked for lettuce wrapped low carb.took a little extra time. No problem... Then15 miles down the road.... NO LETTUCE.
My husband and I stopped here for breakfast. I gave him my order and went to the restroom where someone was in the next stall talking on speakerphone. When I returned, my husband was still at the counter and hadn’t been waited on yet. He said it appeared that one person was running the restaurant alone. Right after he made that statement, an employee walked behind us and then went behind the serving counter with her speakerphone blaring the same voice I heard in the bathroom. I suggested we leave. We drove to McDonald’s just down the street and used the drive through. We ordered and had our food within a couple of minutes.
Well if you want to keep going back because they forget your food and this is the place for you. And if you like to feel like it's your fault that they forgot your food then you will really like it, and the best part is when you get it home the food is cold.
Tables were dirty service was terrible acted as if they didn't even want to be there. food was cold nothing was stocked took 15 mins to get our food my fresh were not even warm my boyfriend got hic drink and it was very watered down we will not be returningFood: 1/5
It’s sucked girl was on dope. The sweet tea taste like bacon grease. Ate my food with a bacon after taste. Wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog. Dietary restrictions: Horrible
Lobby closed because of no heat. Drive thru only and they didn't even have the correct menu up.
