The women taking my order just would not accept what I wanted to order. She kept offering me something else but no I don't want that I want this but still she persisted until I got noticably upset to just give me what I want.Food: 4/5
By far the most magical BK in Prague, something new happens here every time we go there. On my last visit, me and my friend got a null order from the self-service checkout kiosk, of what we found out couple minutes later after talking to the people at the checkout. They sincerely apologized and gave us both free drinks and a little later even free large fries best ones we ever had in BK. Our original order was then prepared quickly and delivered to our table with a smile. Customer service I wouldn't expect in a five star restaurant. Staff seems to be always in a good mood even late at night. Not every day you get treated like a king in a fast food chain.
Loved it here. Thry didn't speak much english though. The 20% discount for Abotto hotel clients was a good deal.
Superb place for great burgers. Well prepared meat and lots of salad. Extremely clean, friendly helpful staff, good parking, not crowded, can recommend it for a quick meal. Parking: Lots!
Touching food, being slow. Those are rules they adhere to.
Better burgers than “the other” fast food chain. Worth the extra money. Onion rings were great. And the refillable drink is great. Didn’t try fries or milkshake which the other place does VERY well. Chili/cheese poppers, also good.
People in this place simply can't do their job. I have ordered from the drive here several times and almost every time I bring home something different than what I ordered and paid for. I really need to remember to check my order when they give it to me, because these guys are seriously incompetent.
Relatively quiet. Having burgers stand, coffee stand and drive-in. Parking with 1 EV charger. Working past midnight which is exceptional in the neighborhood. At late hours there could be no iced drinks and coffee stand not working. Check the package as sometimes they put wrong items.
Fast service,reccomend.Food: 5/5
The menu is adequate and I am almost sure everyone will pick their favourite. Food was prepared accurately and was delicious. Although I was not warned that the burger I ordered was a little more spicy.
