Happy's Pizza

Pizza was good not the best I have had, but not bad. I think I just wasn't a Fran of the sauce or something. But I did really like the breadsticks I ordered. And the cashier was really friendly. Overall pretty good experience and was nice because they were open late unlike a lot of the other pizza places around! Always appreciate that since my boyfriend gets off work late

Worst place ever! I placed a +$35 delivery order via their app after almost 2hrs. I decide to call to get a status. The women who answers says "pick only". I informed her that i already paid for an online order. Turns out my order is waiting for me me to pick up. The only options i was given is, come pick up my over 2hr old pizzas or cancel my order.

I placed my order online. It said up to 60mins for delivery. 2 hours later I got my food and it was cold. I called and the lady I spoke to was rude and seem like she didn't care. I asked her why did it take 2 hours for delivery she responded they are super busy and its snowing. She asked me what did I want her to do about it. She offer to resend the food but it would still be another hour. I asked her would the food be hot. I got no response to my question. She then said she would give me a 10 dollar credit towards my next order. I definitely would not be ordering from them again. Worst service ever.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. PIZZA TOOK 3+ HOURS TO GET HERE. ALL I ORDERED WERE TWO SMALL PIZZAS. I kept calling the place, she said it would take about an hour, a whole hour and a half later I called to do a check up, then she said ten minutes. FORTY minutes later I still haven’t heard from them at all. It’s really not worth it.

Spent 20 minutes just standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and staff just seemed to be standing around. Payed for my order, get home and my pizza aren't even cut. Plus my wings aren't how i asked for them to be. Only reason im giving them two stars is because the food was still good.. Step up your customer service.
